Shipping Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.

– A flat shipping fee of ₹250 is applicable on all domestic deliveries within India.
– International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and will be reflected at checkout prior to payment.

All orders are processed within the stipulated timelines mentioned on the product page and dispatched via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional service limitations.

Please note that orders which are shipped and subsequently returned due to customer non-availability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details will not be eligible for refunds, repeat fulfilment, or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.

For international orders, custom duties and taxes are not included in the order value and are over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries levy import duties at the time of port entry, which vary based on the destination country and the nature of the product. Any applicable duties and taxes must be paid directly to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

Payments Policy

For orders within India, we currently accept the following payment methods:
– Net Banking across major banks
– UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
– Digital Wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

For international orders, payments must be completed online at checkout using valid international debit or credit cards enabled for cross-border transactions. All international payments are processed through our secure payment gateway to ensure a safe and seamless transaction experience.

Orders will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. In the event of a failed or declined transaction, the order will not be processed.
